# Onboarding a reward to the Absorber

The [Onboarding collateral](/current/technical-documentation/governance/onboarding-collateral.md#technical-assessment) section applies to the onboarding of a reward token to the Absorber.

In addition, the vesting contract needs to implement the `IBlesser` interface.
